Ingredients

  • 4 cups (1 l) water , slightly warm enough to dissolve the salt and sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) salt
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup rice vinegar (or to taste)

Instructions

  1. massage veggies with salt
  2. rinse
  3. add hot mixture in jar and add veggies
